We agree what is covered and how often before we start, so there is no guessing about what gets done. Wherever we can we send the same team, which most people find matters more than anything else.

- How often would you come?
- Whatever suits. Weekly and fortnightly are the most common, but plenty of people book a one-off when they need it. We agree the frequency up front.
- Do I need to be home?
- Not necessarily. Plenty of clients are out at work while we clean. We agree access arrangements with you before the first visit.
- Do you bring your own equipment and products?
- Yes, we arrive with everything the job needs. If you’d rather we used your own products, that’s no problem.
