Who we are
Hancleeen is a cleaning company operating in Limerick, Ireland. If you have a question about your details, contact Seán O’Sullivan or Hannah Laffan on 089 245 1413 or 085 161 1472.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote request form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, business or property name, location and whatever you write in the message box. We do not ask for payment details or any special category data through this site.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange the work. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list off the back of an enquiry.
Where it goes
Quote requests are emailed straight to us. This website does not store enquiries in a database. The email is delivered using Resend, an email service provider, and then sits in our own email inbox like any other message.
The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical information such as IP address as part of serving web pages securely.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as we need them for the enquiry or the working relationship that follows. [Client to confirm a specific retention period.]
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and there is no analytics tracking on it. That is why you are not being asked to accept a cookie banner.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Contact us on either number above and we will look after it. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
